You may cancel your order by emailing us at info @ramsha.pk or Whatsapp/call us at +92 321 111 5005 before the order has been processed/

Once the orders are shipped they cannot be cancelled.

Ramsha has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
